When TV OUT on, The unit will be black screen when access to video, picture and games playing.
Green light means working, Red Light means charging.
Notice Before Operation

Tips: the possible reason for being unable to switch on is no battery, please play after charging from both charger and PC
How to charge
Charge For 4-5 Hours for fully charge. Unplug the charger until the battery status to be full.
Notice
A. This charger is for this models only. Do not leave it in humid place, unplug the charger and keep it well after charging. Do not repair, break down or remake the charger.
B. For better performance, please charge the brand new MP4/DVR unit for more than 6 but less than 8 hours for the first time. New battery will reach best performance after a few times charge and discharge.
C. for non use in a long time, It's recommended that charge this player every 2-3 months and then keep it after switch off.
Basic operations.
On/Off
Press power button for a long time to access to stand by interface. Same to switch off the player.
Reset
For mistaken operation or other reasons lead to power off or abnormal functions, please press RESET to reset.
Memory options
if any TF card inserted, please go to MEMORY, setup SD card as working memory. System defaults FLASH (built in) As working zone.
U Disk
Upon main menu (other than other interface), connect the USB Cable to with PC to access to U Disk.
OPERATION DETAILS
Pictures
Upon main menu, press "+" / "-" and select , press , to enter into the list of pictures. Press "MODE" to enter into thumbnail interface, press SKIP back or forward to select the target picture and for full screen display.
Under full screen display, press SKIP back or forward to change the picture and "+" or "-" to zoom in/out, long time press "+","-", SKIP back or forward to move up/down/right/left. also under full screen display, press for auto browsing.
Press "MODE" to enter into setup menu, with SKIP back or forward to select SLIDE SHOW, DELETE and DETAILES, then press to confirm, press ESC for back menu.
Following is the operations details:
Slide show: press to enter, select SLIDE SHOW, TIME SETUP and press to confirm. Press "ESC" to exit.
DETAILS: with name, date, size of file and picture, type of picture, etc.
DELETE: select and will pop-up YES/NO, press SKIP back or forward for options and press to confirm.
E-Book
Upon main menu, press "+" / "-" and select to enter into E-book. press for file list, press SKIP back or forward to select target file and press to confirm.
Upon E-book interface, press SKIP back or forward to turn over pages, press for auto browsing, press "MODE" to pop out menu and press SKIP back or forward to select NEW BOOKMARK, BOOKMARK LIST AND EXIT, press to confirm.

AUDIO RECORD
In the operate interface, press "+" / "-" select , enter and confirm.
A. Record/stop record /stop play, press to switch
B. Delete the record, record again, finish the record, press "MODE" button to select "delete record" " new record", press confirm.
C. Play recording, the recorded audio file in the "AUDIO PLAY"
D. Press "ESC" exit and back to main menu.

AUDIO PLAY
Turn on the MP4/DVR player. Press "+" "-" to select press button to conform (as picture display) press "MODE" to renew database.
SELECT SONGS
in the browse interface. press "+" "-" to select "ALL" "SPECIAL" "ARTIST" RECORD FILE". then press SKIP back or forward to select target music in list.
PLAY MUSIC
In the interface of song list, press SKIP back or forward up/down to select. press to confirm and play.
PREVIUS / NEXT Music. FF/FW
While playing, press SKIP back or forward, then long press to FF/FW. Short press to select previous or next music.
RECYCLE MODE / EQ.
While playing, press SKIP back or forward to select " / "BASS", then press to select different recycle mode and EQ.

Play record file:
In the browse interface, press "+" / "-" select to display according to record file list, select "unknown" then press display all record files.
Delete file: select target file in song list, press "MODE" pop up menu, select "delete file", press enter option menu and confirm. press "ESC" back to last menu.
NOTE: can not delete the playing song.
Alarm tone: select the favorite song in song list. press "MODE" pop up menu, select alarm tone, press to confirm.
Special Picture: according to the special name, edit the jpg picture with same name as "special name", save it in MUSIC/ALBUM, while playing, can see the special picture, the best size of picture is 140*140
NOTE:
1. Set screen protection in AUTO SCREEN OFF of Setting while listening.
2. Lyric display synchronously when play music:
download LRC format lyric file, put them and songs in the same files. the name of lyric and song must be same, the lyric can be displayed. (Such as ABC. MP3 and ABC.LRC)
CAMERA OPERATION
Power on MP4 player, press "+" / "-" to select , press to enter camera interface.
After enter camera interface press SKIP back or forward to adjust the focus, press "MODE" to take photo and press "ESC" back.
Press "MODE" to enter set menu while capturing, press "+" / "-" to select capture mode, type, resolution,night mode, white balance, capture quality, move SKIP back or forward to select option, press "ESC" to save and exit. (as below picture).

Photo browse
Photo file are are saved in PICTURE/DCIM directory, enter "PICTURE" function menu, select "DCIM" to browse the photos.
VIDEO PLAY
the video file is the VIDEO/RECORD, enter into "VIDEO" interface to play..
NOTICE: When the battery is low, please charge the PMP as soon as possible, or stop shooting, so as to avoid missing problem.
VIDEO
Enter in browser mode
In the operating system interface, press "+" / "-" to select press to enter play list press "+" "-" to turn page, press SKIP back or forward to select video file, press to play.
While playing, press "+" / "-" to adjust the volume. press "MODE" to display set bar on the screen, press SKIP back or forward to move the cursor, select function button, long press to FF/FW, other operation please refer to the music function Button operation for details (showed as below)

Video Bookmarks
when press "ESC" to exit Video, will pop up whether to save book or not, press SKIP back or forward to select, press to confirm and back to play list, the files in list with bookmark will be market in the left side, user can reach last save position.
Delete files
In the video browsing interface, press "MODE" to pop up delete option, press SKIP back or forward to select whether to delete files or not, press to confirm and exit.
Calendar
Get into the calendar mode from the operation system interface, press "+" / "-" to select o enter the calendar display page, press "+" "-" SKIP back or forward to read calendar.

NOTE: the main menu shows the date in accordance with the set time.
GAME
games are disable.
Alarm clock
In the operation system interface, press "+" / "-" to choose press to confirm By moving the cursor, press SKIP back or forward to select alarm on/off time or time set, press to enter.
Alarm on/off press SKIP back or forward to select alarm clock on/off, press "ESC" to save and quit.
Set alarm time: press to enter time adjustment adjust value when display in yellow color, short press "ESC" to save and quit.
SETTING
Enter into the setting mode
In the operating system interface, press "+" / "-" to choose press to enter the interface as follows:

Language:
The MP4/DVR has several kinds of languages. press SKIP back or forward to move up and down, press "ESC" to save and quit
Date / Time
Setting the current date and time.
Press SKIP back or forward to switch up and down to adjust the date and time.

AV OUT
Connect the yellow, red, white, port of AV cable with the video, audio input port of tv, connect the other port of AV cable with the AV OUT port of MP4, the TV signal has PAL and NTSC output system, it can receive the best signal only when select the suitable system. Select TV in the set menu interface click SKIP back or forward for up and down to select the suitable system press "ESC" to back and confirm, the TV screen will display the play content, now the player screen is black and user can not make any operation, press "ESC" shortly to exit.
NOTICE: this player can only output the video/picture.
STORAGE
There are buil-in flash card and outer SD Card, press to select format or set work space and confirm.
Notice: the player will delete all files in the memory when format it. the files can't be resumed. we suggest to do this operation only when system is wrong.
SPEAKER
this operation is to control the on/off of the speaker, press SKIP back or forward to select, press "ESC" to save and exit.
BRIGHTNESS
This operation is to adjust the brightness of screen, press "+" "-" to select, press "ESC" to save and exit.
AUTO SCREEN OFF
This operation is to adjust the time of background light, press SKIP back or forward to select press, "ESC" to save and exit.
AUTO POWER OFF
In standby status, player will auto power off as set time.
DEFAULT SET
Resume the player to factory default state, (the internal data will not be charged)
DVR RECORD
In system operation interface, press "+" / "-" to select , to enter video input and DVR interface, press to start.
NOTE: Please connect all cables well before recording.

Storage and Keeping
1. Do not expose this equipment to excessive heat or cold place. The storage
temperature of the monitor is +68°F~+140°F (+20°~+60°C), the operating
temperature is +32°F~104°F (0°C~+40°C)
2. Avoid the machine from dropping or impacting.
3. Never extrude or fractioning this machine with sharp objects.
4. Cables are not allowed to touch hot or rotating parts, such as engine,
ventilators, etc.
5. Keep this equipment out of children’s reach.
Operating Precautions
1. Connect this equipment only to other compatible units.
2. Make sure that all cables are connected properly, Improper connection may
result in system failures or damages to the system.
3. Cables are not to be pinched or stepped on.
4. Remove the cable connections when system is not in use.
5. The camera must not be located directly under the sun or any other bright
light source because this will not only result in a poor image, but also will
eventually damage the electronics of the camera
6. Additional lighting may be required if water quality is poor, or in low light
conditions
Maintenance
1. Remove all cable connections before cleaning the camera.
2. Wipe off the moisture on the lens of camera regularly.
3. Keep the camera clean and dry when it is not in use.
4. Dry all equipment before storage

Symptoms below do not necessarily mean failure with the system. Please check as following before request for repair.

HOW TO CONNECT THE CAMERA TO THE DVR
Connect the power cables for the camera as show in Camera connection Diagram & connect the video out of the camera to the Female to Female RCA Adapter. After connect this adapter to the video input cable or the DVR unit. As show in the DVR Section in this Manual.
